Jackdaw Books is a small family run online bookshop supplying new and used books.  We have a passion for all books and the whole family are avid readers, we are looking to spread our passion and make it as accessible to others as possible.  

Why Jackdaw? 

Aside from being a family of nature lovers, Jackdaws symbolise many traits found in those who enjoy reading, intellect, curiosity, sociability, and ingenuity.  

Jackdaws have sometimes been sold short in mythology and in religious writing.  In reality, they are highly intelligent birds capable of complex problem solving and have excellent memories.
